Please do not contact the physician on call after normal business hours. Our physicians handle a high volume of emergency calls and we ask that our patients play an active role in monitoring the status of their own prescriptions, and plan ahead for weekends and holidays. In general we would appreciate it if you would allow at least 48 hours for prescription refills to be processed as in many cases your physician may be in surgery and not receive your request until the following day.
