Jennifer Henshaw-LeFever,
OTR/L, CHT, PA
Jennifer is a licensed Occupational Therapist and nationally certified Hand Therapist. She earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State in 1982, was elected to the American Society of Hand Therapists in 1986 and became Nationally certified as a Hand Therapist in 1991. She has worked in Hand Therapy in clinics in San Jose, Santa Rosa and Sonoma. She graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Stanford Medical Centre and was licensed and Certified as a Physician Assistant in 1994, and worked in that capacity in family practice before returning to Hand Therapy in 1999. She joined Santa Rosa Orthopedics in November 2005.
Jennifer has broad experience in Hand Therapy with strong evaluation and treatment skills enhanced by her training as a Physician Assistant. She enjoys the proximity, communication and collaboration with the Physicians at SRO and finds it the ideal environment for providing effective care for the patients.
When not pursuing her Hand Therapy career, Jennifer enjoys learning about gardening, being a home improvement DIY'er, furniture refinishing and going on field trips with her son. |

Carolyn Bartlett, OTR/L, CHT
Carolyn is a licensed occupational therapist with advance practice in hand therapy and physical modalities. She began her work as a hand therapist in 1977 while residing in Southern California at San Bernardino County Hospital. There she worked in acute trauma, specializing in burn and hand injuries. In 1991 she became a certified hand therapist and in 1993 she relocated to northern California where she continued her work in hand therapy. She became a certified lymphedema therapist in 2006.
Carolyn spends her time off with her two daughters, Megan and Courtney, and their many animals. She recently joined the Santa Rosa Orthopaedics team in September of 2009.

Bruce Kolmans, OTR/L, CHT
Bruce is a graduate or Temple University with a degree in Occupational Therapy as well as a Certified Hand Therapist. Bruce has been specializing in the evaluation and treatment of the upper extremity for over 20 years. He has an advanced training and extensive experience in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological conditions in the upper extremity including, the fabrication of custom splints for the hand and arm, joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and the use of modalities. Prior to joining Santa Rosa Orthopaedics, Bruce was at Sonoma Valley Hospital and Novacare/ Vibrantcare Rehabilitation in Santa Rosa .
Besides his Hand Therapy work, Bruce is best known as Debbie’s husband and the father of 2 sets of twins. He is also a Mac computer geek, music fan, and amateur photographer.
