Chris has been the Director of Rehab Services since the Rehabilitation Sports Medicine department of Santa Rosa Orthopaedics opened in 2004.

He received his BA in Biology with college honors from UC Santa Cruz in 1991 and graduated with an MS in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 1994. Chris has extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy techniques and orthopaedic exercise progressions with emphasis on shoulder, knee and low back injuries. He has additional training in the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries. Chris has also been very involved in the clinical education of physical therapy students throughout his career.

Chris worked as a staff physical therapist in sports and orthopaedic clinics in Oakland and Las Vegas before moving to Santa Rosa in 2001. He has worked with professional athletes including basketball players from the Golden State Warriors, acrobats and dancers from Cirque du Soleil, EFX, and Lord of the Dance, as well as college and high school athletes.
