The Santa Rosa Orthopaedic Medical Group offers a Sports Injury Screening Clinic every Monday evening from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM (excluding holidays) in the Physical Therapy facility at the Stony Circle Office (see below for directions). This service is provided at no charge to the patient.

A Santa Rosa Orthopaedic surgeon trained in sports medicine, as well as a sports physical therapist will evaluate and diagnose your sports related injury or ailment. This is a screening clinic only and no treatment will be performed. If you have a serious injury that requires further attention, you will have the option of scheduling a follow-up appointment or be referred for further treatment.

While walk-in patients are welcome, for scheduling information or inquiries about the clinic please call (707) 522-5404.  High school students or patients under the age of 18 are encouraged to be a accompanied by a parent or guardian and will be required to complete our parental release form before any care can be administered.
