Scheduling an Appointment
At Santa Rosa Orthopaedics you may schedule an appointment without being referred by another doctor. However, if your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care provider, you will need to obtain this referral before arriving for your appointment. Insurance/Financial Policies
Santa Rosa Orthopaedics participates in most major insurance plans and will bill all insurance plans, whether participating, (contracted), or not contracted. For more information see our Insurance/Financial Policies page.
Office Hours
Our offices are open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Cancellation Policy
Early notification of cancellations is appreciated so that your appointment may be filled with another patient and avoid delays. You may be charged for a missed appointment, untimely cancellation of an appointment, surgical cancellation fee for late cancellation and or failure to comply with surgical instruction/s.
