Hand Therapists typically specialize in a variety of post-surgical and post traumatic injuries including replantations/ revascularizations, tendon repairs, burns, and fractures/dislocations along with degenerative disorders such as osteoarthritis and tendon conditions including DeQuervain’s and lateral epicondylitis.

Candyce Powell, MS, PT has over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and management in the outpatient orthopedics setting. Candyce specializes in pre- and post-surgical spinal rehabilitation and joint replacements, pre- and post-natal rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes involving the peripheral nervous system, pelvic instabilities, hypermobility syndromes, osteoporosis, scoliosis and dysfunctional movement patterns. Candyce relies on a comprehensive analysis of the synergy of the neuromuscular system and a detailed treatment plan that allows individuals to recover while preventing further injury or harm.
Anna Renee Coopersmith, OTRL, CHT is an Occupational Therapy and Certified Hand Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. Prior to joining SRO Anna worked as a Certified Hand Therapist for St. Joseph’s in Sebastopol and POST in Petaluma. Anna enjoys her work because she loves seeing people regain function and return to the daily activities that they love.
